Role Overview:

We're in pursuit of a Lead AI Developer endowed with significant experience in blockchain. As a spearhead for AI initiatives and with a nuanced understanding of blockchain's intricacies, this role, under the Chief AI Officer, is pivotal in weaving together cutting-edge AI algorithms and robust blockchain platforms. While your primary responsibility will be developing robust AI software solutions, you will also be actively participating in brainstorming sessions, leading innovative projects, and driving the technological vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-driven features seamlessly integrated with blockchain systems with an emphasis on Federated Learning and Explainable AI.
Mentor and guide the AI development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, aligning AI solutions with overarching company objectives.
Lead R&D initiatives, delving deep into emerging trends in AI and blockchain to keep T-Rize at the forefront.
Instigate knowledge sharing, ensuring the team stays abreast of global advancements in AI and blockchain.
Champion code quality, security, and performance, setting high standards and ensuring they are met.

Qualifications:

PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field with a specialized focus on AI.
A minimum of 7 years of in-depth experience in AI, coupled with substantial exposure to blockchain technologies.
Demonstrable expertise in blockchain platforms, Federated Learning, Explainable AI, Homomorphic encryption.
Required Tech Expertise in AI:
- Python 3
- ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Data Handling: Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SQL databases and blockchain scraping.
- Git and Unix.
- Familiarity with TPU or GPU optimization and CUDA or openCL.
- Data Visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI platforms.
A track record in fintech or a proven acumen in managing financial datasets would be advantageous.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
A penchant for innovation, coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, fostering effective team collaborations.
Proficiency in English is required.
Proficiency in French is a plus.
