Sending unsolicited promotional, advertising or marketing materials to other Users or using the Services to harvest email addresses or other contact information.
Harassing, abusing, threatening or defaming any person, or otherwise engaging in any conduct that would infringe or violate the rights of any other User.

T-RIZE does not endorse, recommend or otherwise warrant the suitability, quality, reliability or legality of any Tokenized Asset or other financial instrument, nor does it provide investment, legal, tax or financial advice. All data and content provided through the Website are for informational purposes only.
You alone are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, assessing all risks, and determining the appropriateness of any transaction or strategy based on your personal objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Website is tailored for Users in the countries where it is available, and T-RIZE makes no guarantee that it will be functional in any other jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada).

Any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website or Services must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. If a claim is not brought within this timeframe, it will be deemed waived and barred.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services, both parties (i.e., you and the T-RIZE) agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. We encourage open communication and a mutual effort to settle any issues before proceeding further.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. The mediator shall be chosen by mutual agreement. If you and the T-RIZE are unable to agree on a mediator within a reasonable timeframe, the T-RIZE will appoint a mediator on behalf of both parties. Mediation is intended to be a non-binding process aimed at facilitating an amicable resolution.

Should mediation fail to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration. The arbitrator will be selected by mutual agreement. If no mutual agreement can be reached regarding the selection of an arbitrator, the T-RIZE shall have the authority to appoint one.

In the unlikely event that both mediation and arbitration fail to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue litigation. Any such litigation shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, District of Montreal.

All negotiations, mediation sessions, arbitration hearings, and any subsequent litigation proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the English language.

USER INTERACTIONS

T-RIZE is not responsible for any interactions between Users of this Website. Users understand that they are solely responsible for any interactions, communications or transactions with other Users. T-RIZE does not represent or endorse the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided by Users, nor does it guarantee the quality or safety of any assets or transactions made through the Website.

Any disputes or claims arising from interactions between Users are solely the responsibility of the Users involved, and T-RIZE will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from such interactions. Users understand that they are not representatives or agents of T-RIZE, and any statements or actions made by users do not necessarily represent the views or opinions of T-RIZE.
